Our Leadership
Sam Sapp
Owner
I came up through the ranks in IT. Help desk, desktop support, systems engineering, management. I worked at places like IBM and Pendello and learned a lot about how the industry operates.
Entrepreneurship was always in my blood, but Lockbaud specifically came from something personal. People showed up for me during a hard season, and this company is how I pay that forward. We don't collect clients. We build partnerships, and everything we do starts there.
The Team
Angel Brown
Lead IT Specialist
Angel is on the frontline of Lockbaud's IT support, connecting with clients and solving problems daily. Before IT, she spent years as a paramedic serving the KC metro area, so handling emergencies is second nature. Outside of work, you'll find her fishing, watching the Chiefs, or chasing the perfect meal.
Queen Esparcia
Executive Assistant
Queen keeps Lockbaud's operations running smoothly, backed by 8 years of experience in customer service and virtual administration. She's also a commissioned mural artist. Portraits and realism are her specialty. When she's not behind a keyboard or a canvas, she's building her dream house.
Alona Gandia
Administrator
Alona brings 7+ years of experience across operations and administration to Lockbaud. She's detail-oriented, organized, and used to juggling multiple responsibilities at once. Outside of work, she's a mom of two who loves cooking and family movie nights.
Anna Cruz
Dispatch Coordinator
Anna coordinates Lockbaud's dispatch operations with a background in hospitality management and 5+ years of customer support experience. She's naturally drawn to helping people and finding effective solutions. Outside of work, she's into wellness, self-development reads, and she will absolutely destroy you at karaoke.
